These community guidelines have been created to help all live music and entertainment lovers participate in respectful conversation on Frontier Touring’s social media channels.

By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines. 


Be respectful

We ask you to please treat all community members, Frontier Touring staff, fans and artists with respect and kindness.

Keep discussions and comments productive, civil and respectful. While disagreements may occur, we kindly ask you not to post anything that may be considered abusive, threatening or unlawful to others. Please do not attack, troll or coordinate group attacks on any person and refrain from using any provocative, indecent, obscene or offensive language. 

We ask you to not post anything that may offend, insult or incite hatred towards someone based on their race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or any disability. 


Be authentic

We aspire to ensure that the content people see on Frontier Touring’s social media channels is authentic. 

We ask you to only share photos and videos that you’ve taken or have the rights to share.

Please refrain from making false, deceptive, or unsupported accusations against individuals or organisations, including sharing any misinformation or misleading information. Please do not post spam, promotional material or links to third party websites.


Be safe

We are committed to making Frontier Touring’s social media channels safe for our community. 

Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others. 

Always consider if sharing information that makes you or others identifiable is necessary and lawful (including any email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses or ticket purchase details). 


Please note

We reserve the right to moderate, hide, or delete any content shared on Frontier Touring’s social media channels that does not comply with these Community Guidelines. 

In some instances or repeated non-compliance, users may be reported, blocked and/or banned from our social media channels.

Please contact us if you feel that we’ve made a mistake in moderating your post or any content that you’ve shared, and we will come back to you as soon as possible. 

While we make every effort to moderate third-party content, we are not responsible (and do not accept any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law) for any content or views expressed on this site other than official posts made by the official Frontier Touring account (@frontiertouring on all social media platforms). 

Our social media channels are monitored during Australian business hours and intermittently at other times. We will do our best to remove any offensive content posted on our social media channels outside of Australian business hours, however, we do not accept any liability for delays or inaction in removing any such content.

While every effort is made to ensure that the content posted by us on our social media channels is current and accurate, we accept no liability for the accuracy, completeness or currency of that information.

We also encourage you to familiarise yourself and comply with the terms of use for the social media platform which you use to engage with our community.
