How can we help?
Waitlist
For specific shows that are sold out or where the allocation is exhausted, you can join a waitlist to receive a notification when a significant number of tickets are released for your selected city (this includes tickets for any new shows added in that city). We won’t always send release notifications to the waitlist for minimal ticket releases. We encourage you to keep an eye on the authorised ticketing agency’s event page to check ongoing availability.
A waitlist does not guarantee more tickets will become available or that you will be able to purchase tickets. You can join as many artist waitlists as you want, but you can only join each waitlist once and any duplicates may be removed. Please note: joining a waitlist is separate to becoming a Frontier Member.
Ticket release notifications can occur at any time before the show date. You may be notified by SMS and/or email about the ticket release.

We will notify everyone on the waitlist when a significant number of tickets are released for the relevant city. Everyone on the waitlist who has selected the relevant city will be notified at the same time, so that they have the same opportunity to obtain tickets. You will remain on the waitlist until the end of the tour unless you unsubscribe prior, so there may be more opportunities to obtain tickets in future releases even if you miss out on a particular release.
You can unsubscribe from the waitlist by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link in the footer of the email or by clicking the ‘Opt out’ link at the end of the SMS.
We will delete the waitlist data within a reasonable time period after the completion of the tour. We may keep the waitlist data for a limited period after the completion of the tour to respond to any related customer enquiries or concerns.
