Ticketek is the authorised ticketing agency for all of Kylie’s Tension Tour Australia 2025 shows.
Purchased tickets are only available to access through the ticketing agencies’ iOS or Android app. To purchase accessible tickets, please contact Ticketek.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
All shows are Licensed All Ages events.
This is a licensed, loud music event, staged over a long time and we do not recommend attendance by children aged 5 years and under.
Children 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and have purchased a valid ticket. No concession tickets will be available for children, they must have a ticket.
All persons entering the venue must have a valid event ticket.
In the event that you are looking to purchase tickets on behalf of a 15-18 year old who does not have access to a smartphone, we recommend that you attend the show with the group.

Entry can only be guaranteed to shows if tickets are purchased directly through the authorised ticketing agency above.
HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?
A limited number of tickets can be purchased per customer:
6 tickets per customer, per show in presale (Telstra Plus, Frontier Member and Kylie.com)
10 Reserve seating tickets per customer, per show when tickets go on sale to the general public
VIP Packages are limited to 4 per customer, per show across all presales and on sale.
Wanting more tickets? You will have to try to complete another order with another Ticketek account and a different credit or debit card.
Customers who exceed the published ticket limits may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice.
PLEASE NOTE that any transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit, or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit, may be cancelled.
FRONTIER MEMBER PRESALE TIPS
Our tips for a smooth Frontier Member presale
Ahead of the Frontier Member presale
- Get your unique Frontier presale code NOW at frontiertouring.com/kylie and write this down! Do not share your presale code.
- If you are an existing Frontier Member we have also emailed your presale information
- We will send a further email to new sign ups on the morning of the Frontier presale
- Click the link for the show you want to buy for and then bookmark the relevant ticketing agency page. Make sure you have created an account with them if you haven't got one already
- Log in and select “Keep me signed in” on the device you’re going to use at presale
When the Frontier Member presale starts
- Head directly to the ticketing agency page you bookmarked and join the queue to buy tickets (do not head to frontiertouring.com!). You can also click on the link off your EDM from Frontier
- Only use one browser or device – don’t open multiple pages
- Do not refresh the queue page, you will be let through when a spot becomes available
- Keep an eye on the website timer, you get a set time to finish a purchase
CAN I SELECT MY SEATS?
We recommend purchasing the first seats allocated to avoid disappointment. All ticket types for the Kylie - Tension Tour are Reserved seating; your seat number will be displayed on your ticket and ticket confirmation.
ARE ALL TICKETS SEATED? CAN I PURCHASE GENERAL ADMISSION?
All of the ticket types (including VIP) are Reserved Seating for all shows on Kylie – Tension Tour. There are no General Admission tickets.
WHAT VIP PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE?
There are two VIP packages available on the Kylie – Tension Tour. The Padam Padam VIP package and the Tension VIP package. For full inclusions of each VIP package, please refer to your show’s date on the Kylie page - read the VIP Terms & Conditions here.
WILL THERE BE AUSLAN TICKETS AVAILABLE?
Yes, Auslan tickets will be available for select performances (please see below for the list). Tickets will be available from Wednesday 2 October via Auslan Stage Left.
Saturday 15th February 2025 - RAC Arena, Perth

HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
There are a wide range of ticket types, including VIP Packages. Please refer to the relevant date you are purchasing for at frontiertouring.com/kylie for all ticket types and prices.

CAN I VIEW A SEATING MAP?
You can view the seating map on the Ticketek website during the presale and on sale.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Tickets can only be accessed digitally. Install the Ticketek app (on iOS or Android) for access. No physical tickets will be available.
We recommend you download and install the app before purchasing your ticket(s) but it can still be done after purchase. You will be able to view your ticket purchase with show date, venue and seat allocation in the app, but your barcode will be blocked until Monday 20th January 2025.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AS A GIFT?
Yes! If you want to buy tickets as gifts, you'll just need to ensure you transfer the tickets from your Ticketek account to your recipient prior to the show date. This can be done via the share ticket feature in the Ticketek app. You will be advised by Ticketek once ticket sharing is enabled, closer to the show. You can find out more about sharing tickets HERE
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Remember, we are operating a mobile digital app ticketing system. Your ticket agency account and app will contain your ticket.
You will be able to view your ticket purchase with show date, venue and seat allocation in the app following your purchase, however your barcode(s) will be locked. The barcode will be locked until Monday 20th January 2025.
I CAN’T FIND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Firstly, check your email junk or spam folder. If your confirmation is not in your junk or spam folder, please contact Ticketek customer service
CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?
If you change your mind, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange on purchased tickets.
I CAN'T GO ANYMORE AND NEED TO SELL MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The reselling of any Kylie – Tension Tour ticket is strictly forbidden via unauthorised resellers. The only official agency for this event is Ticketek Australia. Ticketek’s resale platform Ticketek Marketplace may become available for listing of tickets closer to the show dates. Please note, not all show dates are guaranteed to be open on the platform – please refer to their website HERE.
Except where expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws, any Kylie – Tension Tour ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either on or offline (including via Unauthorised Resellers or via social media sites), may result in all your orders and tickets cancelled without notice to you and your ticket price refunded. The original purchaser and their party may be refused admission and any other orders and tickets they hold will also be cancelled without notice to them and their ticket price refunded.
Note this does not limit your ability to resell your Kylie – Tension Tour ticket for no more than 10% above the original cost to the extent such resale is expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws applicable from time to time.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY TICKETS ON THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW?
If your phone is lost or stolen and you cannot access your Ticketek tickets another way, please head to the box office of your venue. Ensure you bring a valid photo ID for the venue staff to assist you.
DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE OFFICIAL TICKETING AGENCY

We have not allocated any tickets for the Kylie - Tension Tour to unauthorised resellers (which include but are not limited to Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; The Ticket Merchant; Worldticketshop; and Tixel) or via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages). To make sure you pay the correct ticket price and receive valid tickets, you must purchase via the show’s authorised ticketing agency:

WHAT IS UNETHICAL SECONDARY TICKETING AND TICKET RESALE?
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then resell them at inflated prices via unapproved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
This includes, ticket touts and unauthorised resellers who use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programs (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.
WHAT DO I DO IF I GET TO THE VENUE AND DISCOVER I'VE PURCHASED A FRAUDULENT TICKET?
If you have purchased tickets from anywhere other than the authorised ticketing agency, Ticketek, or their resale platform, Ticketek Marketplace, you risk not being granted entry to the venue. If you have any issues with your ticket on the night, please head directly to the venue Box Office. Please note, Box office staff cannot assist those who may have obtained tickets through channels other than Ticketek.

HOW DO I BOOK ACCESSIBLE TICKETS?
If you have accessible booking requirements, including wheelchair and/or companion card requirements, please contact Ticketek directly via submitting a request HERE. You can call their Accessible Ticket booking line on 1300 665 915 Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm AEDT) if you need assistance with your booking.
Accessibility options will be available for all Kylie – Tension Tour concerts.
As with all tickets, demand is expected to be incredibly high, and we expect all tickets will sell out quickly – no guarantees can be made on any ticket type for this tour.
Ticketek is the contracted ticketing agency for RAC Arena, Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena, Rod Laver Arena, Brisbane Entertainment Centre and Qudos Bank Arena. As the promoter we have no control over their appointment, the technology they use for accessible seating or their customer service processes.
ACCESSIBILITY VENUE ACCESS & PARKING/DROP-OFF POINT INFORMATION
RAC Arena, Perth
RAC Arena is specifically designed so that their services, information and facilities are accessible to all.
Use the priority lane at Entry A to access the venue. Venue staff will do all they can to assist patrons with accessibility needs, but we recommend getting in touch with venue staff if you have any specific questions about RAC Arena, its services, or any requirements you may have during your visit.
Accessible Parking
If you hold an ACROD permit, there are a number of dedicated ACROD bays available in the RAC Arena car park, located next to the Suite/Mobility Entrance and lift on the Milligan Street exit of the car park. These allow for direct access to the ground floor entries of the venue. ACROD bays are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena
Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible venue for all guests, with a range of accessibility options and facilities.
Venue staff will do all they can to assist patrons with accessibility needs, but we recommend getting in touch with venue staff if you have any specific questions about Adelaide Entertainment Centre Arena, its services, or any requirements you may have during your visit.
Accessible Parking
Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers a number of designated accessible parking spaces (known as blue bays) close to main entry points.
Accessible parking must be pre-booked by phoning the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on (08) 8208 2222. Give your car registration and Disability Parking Permit number when calling. Accessible parking is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Patrons with reduced mobility are able to be dropped by the entrance closest to their ticketed door number – to arrange this access, speak to the venue’s Gate Staff on arrival.
Rod Laver Arena
Rod Laver Arena is committed to ensuring the safety, comfort and accessibility of all guests.
Venue staff will do all they can to assist patrons with accessibility needs, but we recommend getting in touch with venue staff if you have any specific questions about Rod Laver Arena, its services, or any requirements you may have during your visit.
Accessible Parking
Accessible parking must be pre-booked via Ticketek and can be secured online when you purchase your ticket, or by calling the Ticketek Accessible Bookings line on (03) 9286 1208.
The drop off and pick up zone is in the Northern Car Park (Entrance A, Batman Avenue) or Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard).
Brisbane Entertainment Centre
Brisbane Entertainment Centre promotes a safe and healthy environment for everyone who enters the site.
Venue staff will do all they can to assist patrons with accessibility needs, but we recommend getting in touch with venue staff if you have any specific questions about Brisbane Entertainment Centre, its services, or any requirements you may have during your visit.
Accessible Parking
Brisbane Entertainment Centre has accessibility car parking spaces available that are situated in close proximity to the dedicated accessible turnstile entrances.
Accessibility drop off zones are near Gate A and Gate B.
Qudos Bank Arena
Qudos Bank Arena is committed to ensuring an inclusive venue for all, catering to all ages and abilities.
Venue staff will do all they can to assist patrons with accessibility needs, but we recommend getting in touch with venue staff if you have any specific questions about Qudos Bank Arena, its services, or any requirements you may have during your visit.
Accessible Parking
Sydney Olympic Park has accessible and mobility car parking spaces available (subject to availability at time of booking), for those who hold a Mobility Parking Permit. This should be pre-booked via their website to ensure a space – further information here.
PREPARING TO ATTEND THE SHOW
- Tickets will be digitally available on the Ticketek app. Save these to your device ahead of time
- Check your ticket for the Gate Number - follow the signs at the venue to ensure you are entering closest to your seat
- We expect there to be a lot of excited people gathered near the venue. Please make your way as calmly and directly as possible to the venue entrance
- There will be loud music and bright lights at these events
- Each venue has specific accessibility services they can provide including recognising Sunflower lanyards and aiding with sensory. Please refer to your show's venue website for full information.
- Security checks will be conducted prior to entry and may include bag checks and wanding.
- Venue staff are available throughout the venues if you need any help or further information.

VENUE ENTRY
To gain access to the show, you are required to bring your charged and working mobile phone or smartphone. Please ensure your screen brightness is up, and your tickets are open and ready to scan at your gate.
You may be required to produce your email booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation.
Accepted forms of photo ID include:
- Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country) including Digital Driver Licences
- Passport (from any country)
- KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital ID
- Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card
All Acceptable ID must be written in English, or if not written in English then accompanied by an official English translation. For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the licence holder and translation) should be presented with the Foreign Driver Licence.

ARRIVAL AND SHOW TIMES

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
Taking photos/videos on small hand-held cameras and smartphones is permitted, but no professional cameras with detachable lenses will be allowed into the venues. Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses or any lens over 5cm), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.
CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS AT THE SHOW
Dancing and singing are considered to be normal and reasonable behaviour at the concerts, subject to certain rules:
- No standing on seats
- No standing in aisles
- No jumping from seats
- No sitting on the shoulders of other patrons
- No crowd surfing
- No moshing
- No slam dancing
- No offensive language
- No anti-social behaviour
