Ticketek is the authorised ticketing agency for Luke Combs’ Brisbane and Sydney shows. 
Ticketmaster is the authorised ticketing agency for Luke Combs’ Melbourne and Auckland shows.


AGE RESTRICTIONS

All shows across Luke Combs – Live in Australia + New Zealand 2025 are Licensed All Ages events.

Babes In Arms:
All patrons must have a valid ticket regardless of age. 

Front General Admission Standing Area:
A General Admission ticket is for standing room only, so sightlines may be affected by other patrons standing.  

Children:
Children 14 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times at the Event. 

All persons entering the venue must have a valid event ticket.

Bootleggers Presale
Monday 23 September 2024 from the below staggered times:
Auckland – 4pm local time
Sydney – 3pm local time
Melbourne – 4pm local time
Brisbane – 5pm local time 

Frontier Member Presale
Tuesday 24 September 2024 from the below staggered times:
Auckland – 1pm local time
Melbourne – 2pm local time
Brisbane – 4pm local time
Sydney – 5pm local time

Wednesday 25 September from the below staggered times:

Remember, all tickets are only available via the authorised ticketing seller for Luke Combs – Live in Australia + New Zealand 2025 – Ticketek for Brisbane and Sydney, Ticketmaster for Melbourne and Auckland.

Entry can only be guaranteed to show if tickets are purchased directly through the authorised ticketing agencies above. 


HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY?

A limited number of tickets can be purchased per customer:

8 tickets per customer, per show in the Bootleggers presale
6 tickets per customer, per show in the Frontier Member presale
6 tickets per customer, per show when tickets go on sale to the general public

Wanting more tickets? You will have to try to complete another order with another Ticketek/Ticketmaster account and a different credit or debit card. 

Customers who exceed the published ticket limits may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice. 

 PLEASE NOTE that any  transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit, or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit, may be cancelled. 


FRONTIER MEMBER PRESALE TIPS

Our tips for a smooth Frontier Member presale

Ahead of the Frontier Member presale

  • Get your unique Frontier presale code NOW at frontiertouring.com/lukecombs and write this down!  Do not share your presale code.
  • If you are an existing Frontier Member we have also emailed your presale information
  • We will send a further email to new sign ups on the morning of the Frontier presale
  • Click the link for the show you want to buy for and then bookmark the relevant ticketing agency page. Make sure you have created an account with them if you haven't got one already
  • Log in and select “Keep me signed in” on the device you’re going to use at presale 

 

When the Frontier Member presale starts

  • Head directly to the ticketing agency page you bookmarked and join the queue to buy tickets (do not head to frontiertouring.com!). You can also click on the link off your EDM from Frontier
  • Only use one browser or device – don’t open multiple pages
  • Do not refresh the queue page, you will be let through when a spot becomes available
  • Keep an eye on the website timer, you get a set time to finish a purchase 

WHAT IS THE BOOTLEGGERS PRESALE?

Bootleggers is Luke Combs’ free fan club. Bootleggers can sign up at lukecombs.com/bootlegger-membership for the opportunity to access the Bootleggers presale. Information regarding the presale will be sent via email prior to the Bootleggers presale commencing.


CAN I SELECT MY SEATS?

We recommend purchasing the first seats allocated to avoid disappointment. If you have purchased Reserved Seating ticket/s, your seat number will be displayed on your ticket and ticket confirmation. 


ARE ALL TICKETS SEATED? CAN I PURCHASE GENERAL ADMISSION?

There are Front General Admission Standing and Reserved Seating ticket types available for all shows on Luke Combs – Live in Australia + New Zealand 2025. You can view all the available ticket types and prices at frontiertouring.com/lukecombs

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Ticketmaster – Melbourne and Auckland

All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are now digital, meaning you can easily access your tickets on your phone via the Ticketmaster app or mobile web browser via Ticketmaster.com.au and add them straight to your phone’s ticket wallet, and share them with your friends and family.

Ticketek – Sydney and Brisbane

Tickets purchased through Ticketek for Luke Combs are digital and can be accessed on your phone via the Ticketek app or mobile web browser via Ticketek.com.au. Barcodes will be locked until closer to the show, at which time ticket sharing and the ability to add to your phone’s ticket wallet will also be enabled.


CAN I BUY TICKETS AS A GIFT?

Yes! If you want to buy tickets as gifts, you'll just need to ensure you transfer the tickets from your Ticketek or Ticketmaster account to your recipient prior to the show date. This can be done via the share ticket feature in the Ticketek or Ticketmaster apps.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Remember, we are operating a mobile digital ticketing system. . Your ticketing agency account and app will contain your ticket. You will be able to view your ticket purchase with show date, venue and seat allocation in your account and app.


I CAN’T FIND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Firstly, check your email junk or spam folder. If your confirmation is not in your junk or spam folder, please contact your relevant ticketing agency:

CAN I REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

If you change your mind, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange on purchased tickets.


I CAN'T GO ANYMORE AND NEED TO SELL MY TICKET. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The reselling of any Luke Combs – Live in Australia + New Zealand 2025 ticket is strictly forbidden other than through the official resale platform of your original point of purchase platform. Find your relevant ticketing agency's official resale platform below:

Resale will be opened at a future date to be advised.

Except where expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws, any Luke Combs – Live in Australia + New Zealand 2025 ticket offered for resale elsewhere, either on or offline (including via Unauthorised Resellers or via social media sites), may result in all your orders and tickets cancelled without notice to you and your ticket price refunded. The original purchaser and their party may be refused admission and any other orders and tickets they hold will also be cancelled without notice to them and their ticket price refunded.

Note this does not limit your ability to resell your Luke Combs – Live in Australia ticket for no more than 10% above the original cost, and in your Luke Combs – Live in New Zealand ticket for no more than 15% above the original cost to the extent such resale is expressly permitted under relevant State or Federal trading laws applicable from time to time.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY TICKETS ON THE NIGHT OF THE SHOW?

If your phone is lost or stolen and you cannot access your Ticketek or Ticketmaster tickets another way, please head to the box office of your venue. Ensure you bring valid photo ID for the venue staff to assist you.


DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE OFFICIAL TICKETING AGENCY

We have not allocated any tickets for the Luke Combs – Live in Australia + New Zealand 2025 to unauthorised resellers (which include but are not limited to Viagogo; Stubhub; Ticketfinders; The Ticket Merchant; Worldticketshop; and Tixel) or via websites such as eBay, Gumtree and social media Buy Swap Sell pages). To make sure you pay the correct ticket price and receive valid tickets, you must purchase via the show’s authorised ticketing agency:

Frontier Touring, Ticketek (Brisbane, Sydney) and Ticketmaster (Auckland, Melbourne) are not responsible for unauthorised ticket disputes and are unable to assist you if you purchase outside the official ticketing agency. 


WHAT IS UNETHICAL SECONDARY TICKETING AND TICKET RESALE?

Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then resell them at inflated prices via unapproved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.

This includes, ticket touts and unauthorised resellers who use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programs (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices. 


WHAT DO I DO IF I GET TO THE VENUE AND DISCOVER I'VE PURCHASED A FRAUDULENT TICKET?

If you have purchased tickets from anywhere other than the authorised ticketing agency, Ticketek for Brisbane and Sydney shows or Ticketmaster for Melbourne and Auckland shows, you risk not being granted entry to the venue. If you have any issues with your ticket on the night, please head directly to the venue Box Office. Please note, Box Office staff cannot assist those who may have obtained tickets through channels other than Ticketek (Brisbane, Sydney) and Ticketmaster (Auckland, Melbourne).


HOW DO I BOOK ACCESSIBLE TICKETS?

Auckland, NZ – Eden Park

Accessible tickets can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster’s Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line: 09 970 9711. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

Accessible tickets, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via the Ticketmaster Help “Submit a request” page.

Brisbane, QLD – Suncorp Stadium

Patrons can purchase Accessible Tickets online via Ticketek by selecting the Accessible filter to view the Accessible Ticketing types available for that event. 

Patrons also have the option of submitting a request via the Ticketek Accessible Ticket booking form or by contacting the Ticketek Accessibility Line on 1300 665 915.

Sydney, NSW – Accor Stadium

Accessible tickets can be purchased via Ticketek, either via submitting a request online or phone.

Submit a Request – Fill out the accessible seating booking form, which can be found here, and a Ticketek representative will be in contact with you (please do not use Internet Explorer when submitting your request).

Phone – Call 1300 665 915 to access Ticketek’s accessible seating booking line.  This phone line is open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Melbourne, VIC - Marvel Stadium

Accessible tickets (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling Ticketmaster’s Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line Monday - Sunday 9am – 5pm AEST: 1300 446 925. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

Accessible tickets, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via the Ticketmaster Help “Submit a request” page.

Demand is expected to be incredibly high and we expect all tickets will sell out quickly – no guarantees can be made on any ticket type for this tour.

Ticketek and Ticketmaster are the contracted venue ticketing agencies for Luke Combs - Live in Australia + New Zealand 2025. As the promoter Frontier Touring has no control over their appointment, the technology they use for accessible seating or their customer service processes.

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE VENUE?

Food and beverages are available to purchase at all venues. Free water is available around the venues. Select your relevant venue below for further information:


VENUE ENTRY

To gain access to the show, you are required to bring your charged and working mobile phone or smartphone. Please ensure your screen brightness is up, and your tickets are open and ready to scan at your gate.

You may be required to produce your email booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID that matches the name on the confirmation.

Accepted forms of photo ID include:

  • Driver Licence or Learner Permit (from any country) including Digital Driver Licences
  • Passport (from any country)
  • KEYPASS Photo ID Card or Keypass in Digital ID
  • Any other recognised Proof/Evidence of Age/Identity or Photo Card

All Acceptable ID must be written in English, or if not written in English then accompanied by an official English translation. For a foreign Driver Licence not written in English, an International Driver Permit issued in the foreign country of origin (and including a photo of the licence holder and translation) should be presented with the Foreign Driver Licence. 


GETTING TO THE VENUE

ARRIVAL AND SHOW TIMES

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Taking photos/videos on small hand-held cameras and smartphones is permitted, but no professional cameras with detachable lenses will be allowed into the venues. Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses or any lens over 5cm), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden. 


CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS AT THE SHOW

Dancing and singing are considered to be normal and reasonable behaviour at the concerts, subject to certain rules:

  • No standing on seats
  • No standing in aisles
  • No jumping from seats
  • No sitting on the shoulders of other patrons
  • No crowd surfing
  • No moshing
  • No slam dancing
  • No offensive language
  • No anti-social behaviour
