Since last visiting Australia in 2015 on his World Tour, Chris Young has only been adding to his extensive list of accolades. The singer-songwriter has accumulated 13 career No.1 singles, 24 US Gold and Platinum releases, and numerous ACM, AMA, CMA and Grammy nominations, alongside wins for Performance of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year at the CMT Music Awards. These milestones and more landed the RCA Records Nashville artist among Billboard’s top country artists of the decade.
Chris’ current single, ‘Young Love & Saturday Nights’ leans into David Bowie’s ‘Rebel Rebel’ signature guitar lick, making the legendary rocker a writer on the song. The new single follows his latest Top 15 hit, ‘Looking For You’ – both from his highly anticipated forthcoming new album, due to be released next year. Recently releasing a deluxe version of his 2021 critically acclaimed project Famous Friends, the project debuted at No.3 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums Chart and featured US multi-platinum single ‘Famous Friends’ with fellow country superstar Kane Brown.

Named “one of his era’s finest traditionalists” by the Associated Press, Chris is an international ambassador for country music, performing to sold-out crowds around the world. With a packed set that highlights his thirteen chart-toppers — including back-to-back No.1’s ‘Famous Friends’ and ‘At The End Of A Bar’ — the Grammy and ACM nominated vocalist’s most recent headlining tour played to over 400,000 fans in three countries.
On his Australian dates, Chris Young will be joined by breakout US country star Bryan Martin. Martin’s remarkable talent was showcased in August during his Grand Ole Opry debut, and he has opened for some of country music's biggest names, including Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, Warren Zeiders, and Colt Ford. As a songwriter, Martin’s diverse catalogue of songs ranges from traditional country and southern rock to outlaw country and country gospel and has surpassed 300 million global streams. ‘Goin For Broke’ is his latest single, making quite an impression with country fans around the world.
Ever the professional and no stranger to the live stage, fans continue to be blown away by Chris Young’s show-stopping set. Also taking to the stage at next year’s CMC Rocks QLD, fans won’t want to miss these special headline shows in Sydney and Melbourne in March 2024 to witness global superstar Chris Young perform all the hits from then to now.
