Frontier Touring is excited to announce sibling-led musical phenomenon, Lawrence, will embark on their debut headline Australian dates as part of The Family Business Tour in January 2025.

Having already completed shows across Europe and due to embark on the North American leg of the tour this September, Lawrence have wowed crowds across the globe. Celebrating the release of their fourth studio album Family Business, Lawrence will head to Australia for the first time, with shows at Sydney’s Metro Theatre on Wednesday 22 January, Forum Melbourne on Saturday 25 January and a final show at Princess Theatre, Brisbane on Monday 27 January.

Frontier Member presale begins Thursday 22 August from 12pm local time before tickets go on sale from 1pm local time on Friday 23 August. Tickets and tour information via frontiertouring.com/lawrence.

Inspired by the likes of Stevie Wonder, Randy Newman and Aretha Franklin, Lawrence – led by brother and sister duo Clyde and Gracie Lawrence – grew up around soul music in their home of New York City. Writing and playing together from a young age, Lawrence now exists as an eight-piece soul-pop band, who have gained a devoted following for its high-energy, keyboard-driven sound, featuring tight, energetic horns and explosive lead vocals.

Recently performing their latest single ‘Whatcha Want’ on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Lawrence are the rising stars you need on your radar. In addition to The Rolling Stones and the Jonas Brothers, they’ve also toured with acts such as Lake Street Dive, Vulfpeck, and Jacob Collier, and appeared at major festivals including Bonnaroo, Hangout, and Summerfest.

Becoming the first band to release music under Grammy-winning producer/artist Jon Bellion’s Beautiful Mind Records, their 2021 album Hotel TV garnered tens of millions of streams, with lead single ‘Don’t Lose Sight’ featuring in global advertising for Microsoft the following year, which propelled the track and Lawrence into the spotlight. Touring the album extensively with a 53-city North American tour, the band continued on their trajectory to success, with live TV performances on Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert and festival sets at Jingle Ball and Coachella in 2023.

2024 sees Lawrence enter a new era. The band released their latest studio album Family Business, which included fan-favourite tracks, ‘i’m confident that i’m insecure’, ‘23’, ‘Guy I Used To Be’, as well as the album’s title track, ‘Family Business’. The album release was accompanied by their biggest headline tour to date. Completing their European leg last month, which included two nights at London’s Forum and North Sea Jazz Festival in Rotterdam, Lawrence’s North American leg will see them perform in iconic venues across the US, including The Wiltern, Los Angeles and Radio City Music Hall in their hometown of New York City.

Outside of music, the multi-talented siblings are advocates for the arts and entertainment industries, with Clyde invited to speak at a U.S Senate Judiciary hearing on live event ticketing. Clyde highlights the challenges artists face in live event promotion and ticketing with his written article featured in the New York Times. Gracie is an accomplished actress, with an upcoming appearance on season three of Mindy Kaling’s The Sex Lives of College Girls. Her previous acting credits include Billions, One Dollar, Amy Poehler’s Moxie and Disney+ comedy Noelle.

A Lawrence live set is a true family affair. Make yourself at home as the pop-soul wonders bring their Family Business to stages across the country in January 2025.
