Alkaline Trio - Australian Tour 2006

In an era when highly produced pop and rock have dominated the commercial radio waves and music charts, Alkaline Trio’s success in the industry is no small feat.

Formed in 1997, Alkaline Trio are legends of the punk rock scene. With a perfect blend of lyrical hell and pop heaven, the band bring a level of skill and expertise to their music that other punk rock bands struggle to sustain.

Tracks from the trio’s latest album Crimson (out now through Vagrant/Universal) have gained high rotation on cutting edge national broadcaster Triple J. With five other full length releases to boast about, the hard-working trio has secured a dedicated fanbase in Australia throughout the years.

To cater for their diverse fanbase, Alkaline Trio will perform shows accessible to the young and old alike with underage, overage and all age shows on the March tour bill.
