GOOD LIFE '15 | Brisbane venue change: world's largest U18s festival moves to Doomben Racecourse
Jan 20, 2015Check out all the info at www.goodlifefest.com.au
Good Life – the biggest underage touring festival in the world, now in its sixth year in Australia – is right on course for delivering an absolutely massive season in 2015!
In Brisbane, sales to date have been twice as strong as last year: there’s no doubting Good Life is the premier event on the summer music calendar for 13-17-year-olds, and a firm fixture for youth entertainment in Queensland. Now, due to the strategic partnership and staging upgrades with our parent event, Future Music Festival, Good Life organisers are happy to announce a move to a larger capacity site: Doomben Racecourse.
Brisbane, you are getting the biggest and best Good Life yet. With the biggest production ever seen at the festival to date, tickets to our Queensland leg are expected to sell out for the second time in a row. Already Good Life’s premium ‘Ultimate’ tickets have sold out in both Sydney and Perth, with Brisbane and Melbourne expected to follow shortly.
A massive, all-inclusive festival designed exclusively for 13-17-year-olds, Good Life presents 20+ of the hottest local and international music stars you’ll find anywhere in the world across three massive stages, including: Swedish superstar Avicii making his return to the live stage after a few months at work in the studio; Aussie hip-hop royalty Bliss N Eso; Dutch DJ legend Afrojack; eighteen-year-old DJ wunderkind Martin Garrix, the very special combination of Will Sparks vs Timmy Trumpet vs Joel Fletcher and many more. PLUS there’s the chance to hang with television stars from Glee, Geordie Shore and Pretty Little Liars in our brand new Meet & Greet Photo Booth. And there’s more – including fun zones such as a Theme Park, a Water Park, a Sports Zone, a Chillout and Pamper Zone, an Outdoor Cinema.... all for the one ticket price, with no additional extra costs.
Doomben is also easily accessible for festivalgoers, with easy to catch public transport from Brisbane city via Doomben train station (located just four stops from Ascot Junction).
Good Life prides itself on an impeccable safety record, with strict entry policies ensuring attendees’ safety. Parents can rest assured their kids are in safe hands: our 2013 events were highly praised by police, who applauded festival organisers and the behaviour of punters. Measures include ID and bag checks, breathalyser checks, metal detectors and a zero tolerance towards all contraband or alcohol.
Get ready QLD: this will be the best Good Life Brisbane has ever seen!

GOOD LIFE '15 | The world's largest under 18s festival returns in March 2015!
Dec 01, 2014Summer is here and so is Good Life. Six years running and returning for an absolutely massive season in 2015: Coca Cola, Nova FM, Channel [V] and Spotify are proud to present the world’s largest under 18s festival: Good Life!
Good Life will cross the country with four big stops in Sydney, Perth, Brisbane and Melbourne in March 2015. “Epic” doesn’t even begin to describe it: a fully overhauled festival designed exclusively for 13-17-year-olds. More than 20 of the hottest names in music from Australia and beyond across three stages, combined with a Theme Park, a Water Park, a Sports Zone, an Outdoor Cinema featuring all the hottest flicks, PLUS the chance to meet your favourite TV celebs up close and personal.
With an all-inclusive ticket covering five super fun zones – there’s no need to spend extra $$ on additional attractions – Good Life is the place to be, no question.
First up: get your dance moves ready friends, as Spotify presents 20+ of the hottest local and international stars you’ll find anywhere across three massive stages. There is no one – and we mean no one – bigger in the world than Swedish superstar Avicii! The 25-year-old ‘These Days’ DJ/producer is king of the dancefloor and charts worldwide, with over five million albums sold thanks to blockbuster hits like ‘Hey Brother’, ‘Wake Me Up’ and ‘LE7ELS’. Aussie hip-hop royalty Bliss N Eso know how to bring the party, and the Sydney trio will be getting the crowd pumping at Good Life for the very first time ever. Eighteen-year-old DJ wunderkind Martin Garrix will absolutely smash it up on stage with killer cuts like ‘Animals’, while Dutch DJ legend Afrojack will bring the big guns to the DJ stage. And the line-up just keeps getting bigger: the very special combination of Will Sparks vs Timmy Trumpet vs Joel Fletcher, three locals who’ve each enjoyed top three singles this year; pop star Havana Brown; Dutch house duo BlasterJaxx; Adelaide’s Allday; LA-based bass & trap producer Carnage; hardstyle legend Frontliner; Sydney’s Tigerlily; as well as Some Blonde DJ; Slice n Dice; Uberjak’d & more.
Our all new Meet & Greet Photo Booth gives you the chance to get up close and personal with your favourite stars of TV. Glee fans: grab a snap with Mark Salling, who plays Noah. MTV’s Geordie Shore legend Charlotte Crosby will be on site, as well Pretty Little Liars star Tyler Blackburn!
Head over to our Theme Park, featuring five hair-raising rides (different attractions in each state), from the Claw to Air Walker to Hurricane to get your adrenaline pumping.
Cool off from the summer heat in our Water Park. Get wet in the foam pit or misting tent, or score your thrills on three massive slides and tunnels. We’re talking the Cork Screw, Body Racer, a 50m mega slip and slide – dropping from a 10m height!
Addicted to basketball, soccer, gridiron or rock climbing? Impress your mates or make some new ones as you get competitive in Good Life’s Sports Zone, where even the most un-co of punters can show off their skills and win amazing prizes.
Good Life’s Chillout Zone is where you can cool down, enjoy plenty of shade, get pampered at the free hair and make-up station or check out a movie at our Outdoor Cinema, presented by Project Almanac, which is in cinemas from 19 February, 2015. It’s the place to hang, meet friends, watch a cult flick and rejuvenate before deciding where to head next. We are also delighted to welcome back London Model Management and Pioneer as sponsors of the event.
Good Life prides itself on an impeccable safety record, with strict entry policies ensuring attendees’ safety.
