It is with great disappointment that we advise that Julian Casablancas+The Voidz’ entire tour of Australia and Asia has been cancelled which includes Frontier’s Melbourne and Sydney headline shows scheduled for January 2015. Frontier Touring sincerely apologises to all those affected by this cancellation. Existing ticketholders are entitled to a refund and should note the below details:

Ticketholders will be contacted regarding a refund via email on Monday 22 December. 

Online/Telephone – The funds will be refunded automatically to your credit card. It can take some time to process, so please give us up to 5 days to process your refund before you start to worry.

If your credit card info has changed, and your original card has expired or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to get in touch with Ticketmasters Customer service team. via 136 100 between 9am - 8pm AEDT Monday to Saturday, or 9am - 5pm AEST Sunday and they will arrange a refund via cheque.

Outlet/Agency - If you purchased tickets through Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.
