LCD Soundsystem and Frontier Touring regret to advise the cancellation of the Australia/New Zealand leg of their tour due to unforeseen conflicts. 

The band extend their sincere apologies for the cancellation and hope to return down under soon

REFUND INFORMATION

Credit Card: If you booked online, over the phone or at a Ticketmaster outlet with a credit card you will receive automatic refund to the to the credit card you used to purchase the tickets. It can take some time to process, so please give us up to 7 days to process your refund. 

If your credit card info has changed or your original card has expired or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to get in touch with our friendly Customer Service Team via 136 100 between 9am - 8pm local time Monday to Saturday, or 9am - 5pm local time Sunday. Please contact us by 5pm on Monday 29 January) and we’ll arrange a refund via cheque.

Outlet: If you purchased via a Ticketmaster outlets to buy your tickets using cash or EFTPOS, you’ll need to swing by one more time with the tickets, and the EFTPOS card used if applicable, to make the booking. The outlet staff will help you with your refund.

Please note, only the Ticketmaster account holder who purchased the ticket(s) can seek a refund via the methods outlined above. If you received your ticket(s) any other way,
including via “Ticket Forward”, you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.

Credit Card: If you purchased tickets online or via phone, the purchase price of your tickets will be refunded automatically to your credit card. Please allow 15 working days for the refund to come through.

Cash / EFTPOS via Outlet: Patrons who purchased tickets with cash or EFTPOS will need to post their tickets back to Ticketek at the following address for a full cheque refund. If posting tickets back please include a small note outlining your request.

If the credit card used to make this has changed, your original card has expired or is no longer valid (prepaid Visa and MasterCard included), you’ll need to contact our Customer Service Team at customer.help@ticketmaster.co.nz requesting a refund with your bank account details. Please remember to include your order number in your request.

Outlet: If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you’ll need to return to that outlet with the tickets and credit card used to make the booking.
