If you’d prefer a refund, find your order in your My Account on Ticketmaster and select 'Need Help With This Order?' to submit a refund request no later than Sunday 5 January 2025. If you don’t choose this option by Sunday 5 January, your tickets will remain valid for the new venue.
Once Ticketmaster has received your request, they will process the refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. It should appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
To be eligible, you must have purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster. If you received your ticket(s) any other way, including via "Ticket Transfer", you will need to contact the original ticket buyer for your refund.
